During his 23-year tenure at Walgreens, he held multiple senior leadership roles, and lastly oversaw operations across all 9,000+ pharmacies. He also led clinic operations at Athletico as they grew from 530 locations to more than 950 locations. Jason’s career has been dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals, driven by a deep commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of both team members and patients. He is a Purdue University graduate with a BS in Pharmacy, solidifying his extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector.

With over two decades of finance and accounting leadership experience, Mike has primarily dedicated the past ten years to assisting private equity-backed firms in executing buy and build strategies, particularly within the healthcare and business services sectors. During this time, he has spearheaded the development of finance, treasury, accounting, and revenue cycle functions for multiple startup companies and actively participated in more than 150 acquisitions. Mike is a certified public accountant (CPA) who graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. He resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and two children, balancing his career and family life effectively.

Brandon has over 10 years of leadership experience and has spent the last 10 years helping grow private equity backed healthcare companies. Prior to joining Premier Dentist Partners, Brandon led development at Therapy Partners Group and helped grow the company to more than 140 physical therapy locations in the western United States. He also helped grow a Midwest dental support organization to more than 110 locations and invested in numerous M&A transactions while at GE Capital. Brandon has worked with numerous private equity firms, 100+ physician owners, and with companies with annual revenue of over $100 million. He graduated from Boston College and played on the baseball team. Brandon and his wife live in the Chicago suburbs with their four children, and he enjoys coaching, traveling, golf, and spending time with their family and friends.

Dr. Biagini has a 37-year dental clinical career, which in this time took a 1 doctor 3 team member practice to a multimillion-dollar multi-site practice. In 2015 the group practice partnered with a DSO, which adopted many of his systems and best practices. Dr. Biagini has lectured extensively throughout the United States, speaking to thousands of dentists and dental teams on hygiene department growth, processes, and productivity. He is passionate about supporting and helping doctors and their teams achieve success through system implementation and next level communication. Dr. Biagini is a graduate of The University of Illinois College of Dentistry. A self-proclaimed continuing education junkie, he is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry with over 3,000 hours of continuing education.

Bryan has 20 years of experience in financial services and business development. As Director of Business Development for Premier Dentist Partners, he leads the company’s practice acquisition strategy across several Midwestern states. Bryan’s primary focus is driving Premier’s growth by partnering with dentists seeking the support of a Dental Support Organization (DSO) to help them achieve their personal, professional, and financial objectives. Previously, Bryan led business development for Endava’s US transaction advisory practice, where he delivered technology due diligence for private equity portfolio targets. He has nearly a decade of experience investing in private equity funds and co-investments. Bryan holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Aaron brings 15 years of experience in multi-site healthcare development and sales, having worked with both privately held and publicly listed companies. He previously served as the Business Development Director for an early-stage dental support organization in the Midwest. Before his involvement in mergers and acquisitions, Aaron contributed to numerous medical device start-ups across various surgical specialties. Residing in Carmel, Indiana, Aaron enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family and friends.

Andrew has over 10 years of leadership experience and has spent the last 5 years helping to grow private equity-backed healthcare companies. Prior to joining Premier Dentist Partners, Andrew led development at DermCare Management, helping expand the company to over 60 dermatology locations nationwide. He also helped grow a national dental support organization to more than 1,500 locations, with a specific focus on the southern United States. Additionally, Andrew has over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, acquisition integration, and de novo development. He holds a BS in Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Andrew and his wife live in Rhode Island with their son. He enjoys running, playing soccer, and rescuing dogs through their rescue organization, which was formed in 2019.

With over a decade of Human Resources experience, Tamara has successfully led HR operations within private equity, possessing a deep understanding of the human aspects involved in mergers and acquisitions. Recognizing that people are the core of every organization, Tamara is dedicated to creating environments where individuals can thrive. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Based in downtown Chicago, Tamara enjoys exploring the city with her dog, discovering new restaurants with friends and family, and traveling.

Annette has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience across various industries. She began her career in public accounting as an audit director in the Chicago and New York practices. Annette has also held various corporate accounting roles at a nonprofit organization and a legal technology firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a certified public accountant in Illinois.

As Director of Recruitment for Premier Dentist Partners, Megan oversees recruitment strategies and hiring efforts across all dental practices nationwide. She began her career in dental, as a team member and eventual manager of a one doctor practice, tasked to rebuild a team to support a new Associate. Since then, Megan has focused her career on recruitment, excelling in hiring for positions ranging from executive to entry level across various industries. Megan is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each office to accurately represent them to candidates, ensuring the best fit. She is passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities that excite them and drive office success.
